We’re Not Easing Into This. We’re Arriving.

We’re Not Easing Into This. We’re Arriving.

No soft launch. No “we’ve been working behind the scenes” warm-up. No easing you in.

We built something. It’s here. And it’s time.

The RESS Universe Is Open

This is the full expression of what R.E.S.S. was always meant to be: one world, fully realized, with everything connected.

The archetypes. The zones. The language. The tools. The experiences.

If you’ve taken the assessment, worked inside a coaching container, or followed this work from the outside wondering when it was going to get bigger: the answer is now. It got bigger. Come see it.

The RESS Universe is the home base. Everything lives here. Everything connects here. And we’re just getting started filling it.

RESONANCE: Energetic Impact Is Live

The first major experience inside the RESS Universe is here, and it is not like anything else in the leadership development space. We mean that without apology.

RESONANCE is a scenario-based practice field.

Not a course. Not a quiz. Not another workbook you abandon by page four.

A field. You step into a real leadership situation with compressed timelines, competing energies, and people pulling in different directions. You make choices. Not to get them right. To see what your choices reveal about how you move, what you protect, and what it actually costs you.

Most leadership training tells you what to do. RESONANCE asks something different: what does this moment actually need from you?

You’ll meet the archetypes in motion. You’ll feel the friction between Activation and Stabilization in real time. You’ll finally have language for why certain rooms drain you, why certain decisions feel heavier than they should, and why your instincts are more accurate than you’ve been giving them credit for.

Play it solo. Bring it into your team. Run it in your next retreat. Use it in your coaching sessions. It was built for all of it.

A preview of the Scenario Deck 01 is live and playable right now. No signup required. Just enter the field and see what surfaces.

The R.E.S.S. Assessment NOW Sharper Than Ever

We optimized it. And if you took it before, take it again.

Not because your results were wrong. Because you have changed, and this version is built to show you exactly how. The language is sharper. The archetypal profiles are more precise. The results reflect not just which archetype you carry, but how it shows up under pressure, in relationship, and across the different environments you navigate every day.

For first-time takers: this is where you start. The assessment doesn’t assign you a label. It hands you a mirror. One with real clarity in it.

For returning takers: you already know what this revealed the first time. Imagine what it reflects now.

The assessment is live. The results hit different now. We’re not explaining that further. Just go take it.

What’s Coming Into the Universe Next

We’re not done. Not even close. Here’s what’s already in motion:

  • Printable archetype reference cards designed to live on your desk, in your journal, in your facilitation kit
  • Scenario Deck expansions with new environments, new pressure dynamics, and new archetypes colliding
  • Facilitation templates for coaches and leaders bringing RESONANCE into their own containers
  • Campaign mode with multi-session guided journeys for solo players and full cohorts
  • A freebie vault with tools, reflection prompts, and frameworks for the community. No cost. No catch.

This is a universe, not a store. Everything here deepens the work. Nothing here is filler.

Here’s Your Invitation —

The RESS Universe is open.

RESONANCE is waiting.

The assessment is sharper and ready for you.

You’ve been curious about this work long enough. Step in.

Leadership That Cares

“I really don’t care how they feel…”

Well you damn well better! How many times have you heard  someone in a leadership role say something like this? They are all about the numbers, the bottom-line, throughput, the outcomes. They do not care about the human toll, the feelings, the Gen-Z mentality that says they did not sign up to be psychologically abused and will be opting out. The leaders that say, “you should develop by trial and fire”. That believe that you should add additional load to make someone a better employee. From what rule of thumb textbook did you all get that from?

Seriously?

A MILLENNIAL would like to know.

In my nearly two-decade soiree with CORPORATE AMERICA, from hands-on boots-on-the-ground brick and mortars all the way up to the spin-in-your chair work from home oasis, never have I ever seen that applying more pressure created greatness. What it creates, my dear reader, is stress. What generally happens to things that are under stress?

Stress causes fractures. Fractures lead to…there…there ya go, I’ll let you find it.

There’s this really sick thing that has developed in leadership that is beyond the pressure cooker piece. It’s the part where you have stopped caring about the people that get the work done. You will pour into processes and procedures but the second that you don’t hit a metric all hell breaks loose. You will flip every procedure on it’s head, push out a rash of revision work, tell 3000+ people that they have to read it, learn it, absorb it in a micro-window of time, and then stammer backward with your hand to your chest, feeling those pangs, not understanding why everyone didn’t fall into place and get the things done. Your perfect plan to correct the obvious root cause had a flaw.

You didn’t consider the people that the change would most effect.

“I really don’t care how they feel…”

Remember that statement at the start of this article?

When we only check on the engine but we don’t check on the driver the entire vehicle will fall apart. You can have the best made car for the for the Formula1 race but if you don’t have that driver, the one that knows how to control it, who has the feel, who has the eye, can make those curves, see around corners…if that guy is not in the driver’s seat or he is but he isn’t feeling well, you updated the user manual one too many times and now he can’t keep account of all of the changes, and you’ve taken out this part that he used to maneuver…again, I’ll let you see where the story heads if YOU continue to not care about how your employees feel.

What I’m talking about is not a round-table talk about feelings on a Monday where we talk about Susie’s childhood, share war stories, and a box of tissues. You don’t have to absorb everyone’s trauma and walk on egg shells singing kumbaya. What you do need to do is key in to the things that will effect your staff if the processes and expectations that you set into place do not involve them, do not concern them, and do not ensure the CARE of them and their well-being.

It’s psychological whiplash at it’s most basic level.
