The Beauty of Farm-To-Table Living is brought to life by Holly Gilbert of Fort Pierce, FL.
Some people cross your path and feel like alignment in motion.
That’s how it was when I met Holly Gilbert, founder of Holly’s Melon Shoppe and the visionary behind her newest venture, The Savior’s Plate. When my family and I relocated to the area, we were introduced through a mutual friend — and from that first conversation, it was clear that Holly carried both warmth and intention in everything she touched.
We connected quickly — first on good vibes, then through our shared passions for wellness, creativity, and community. We both believe in the power of bringing women together, building from the heart, and creating spaces where nourishment isn’t just physical — it’s spiritual and emotional, too.
Holly’s Melon Shoppe has already become a beloved staple in Fort Pierce, FL — known for its vibrant, natural juices and the care poured into every bottle. Holly’s approach to wellness is refreshingly simple: she believes in what the earth provides. No additives, no shortcuts — just whole, honest ingredients that bring the body back into balance.
Now, she’s expanding that same philosophy through The Savior’s Plate, a catering and educational venture inspired by the way God intended food to be — natural, unprocessed, healing, and delicious.
As Holly shared:
“The Savior’s Plate is all about food that restores body, mind, and spirit. I’ll be starting small at the beginning of January, offering weekly meal prep delivery, catering services, and educational classes at the Sunshine Kitchen — teaching the beauty of farm-to-table living and how whole ingredients can transform the way we eat and feel.”
Her relationships with local farmers and small business owners run deep — the very roots that make this new chapter so authentic. The Savior’s Plate isn’t just about feeding people; it’s about reconnecting them to what’s real — food grown in faith, harvested with care, and served with gratitude.
At RaeOvSun, we celebrate women like Holly — visionaries who create from love, lead with purpose, and remind us that nourishment begins at the source.
Here’s to new beginnings, fresh harvests, and the beauty of creation done with intention.
